As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help clients enhance self-motivation and self-regulation, anf leverage their strengths to create sustainable lifestyle. I assist my clients connect the dots between where they are and where they want to be. This is accomplished through incremental behavioral steps that enable clients to succeed in their desired changes and lead to a higher level of health and well-being.
As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I can help clients with lifestyle changes to lose weight, decrease substance use, improve mood, improve relationship with food, increase movement, and many other health issues. I can work alongside clients medical team to assist the clients in creating lifestyle changes that can lead to improved medical outcomes.
