Goal-setting: Identifying specific health and wellness goals (e.g., weight lose, improve fitness, reducing stress, increase social support, improve work-life balance, (to name a few).
Action plans: creating practical, personalized strategies to achieve those goals.
Accountability: checking in regularly to keep the client motivated and on track.
Behavioral change: Supporting clients in overcoming obstacles and developing healthier habits.
Education: Offering guidance utilizing current research on healthy eating, exercise & movement routines, stress management, self-care practices and more.
