My passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies and minds so they can feel more in control and confident about where their lives are headed. My background as a mental health therapist showed me just how closely our mental and physical health are connected—and how easy it is to get stuck in a cycle of stress, fatigue, and feeling unwell.
Over the years, I’ve trained in so many wonderful ways to support whole-person health—things like moving our bodies more, practicing meditation, choosing nourishing foods, improving sleep, building meaningful relationships, finding a sense of purpose, nurturing spirituality, and taking ownership of our choices.
In 2020, I faced my own health crisis, and it pushed me to explore holistic approaches that helped me regain my energy and vitality. That experience changed everything—it became my mission to walk alongside others on their wellness journey. In January 2024, I completed my Health & Wellness Coaching Certification with Mindbodygreen, and now I have the joy of working with clients across the United States and beyond as a Health & Wellness Coach.
I enjoy traveling, painting, crocheting, spending time with my family, volunteering, and learning new skills!
